Room Category Information
The room categories below are contracted for the wedding but I can book ANY room category into the group. Please inquire about other room categories if interested.
Children 2 years of agae and under are FREE when sharing a room with 2 Adults. If in a room with 1 Adult, the 1 Adult will be charged the single occupancy rate. Children under 13 cannot be booked in any Swim up Room.
Pool View Master King or Double - Spectacular 584-square-foot (54 square meter) room, featuring two double beds (or one King Bed), sofa bed, refreshment center and incredible views of the pool from the terrace.
Ziva Suite Spacious, comfortable and bright 619-square-foot (57-square-meter) suite, featuring a king sized bed. Conveniently located near the kid's club and kid’s water feature area overlooking the pool or garden. Includes two bathrooms and a sofa bed.
Swim Up Master King or Double: Be surprised by the exclusive and innovative swim-up rooms with direct access to the pool. These rooms are approximately 755 square foot, feature a king bed (or 2 Double Beds) and are on the same level as the pool-bar with splendid views of the pool and garden. These rooms boast handmade Mexican ceramic tiled floors and solid wood furniture with marble tops.
Upgrade to a CLUB LEVEL ROOM!
CLUB OCEANFRONT KING or DOUBLE 348 sq. ft. (32 sq. m.) Luxurious suites featuring either a furnished private balcony or Juliet balcony, oceanfront views and exclusive amenities.
OCEAN VIEW ONE-BEDROOM MASTER SUITE 1,130 sq. ft. (105 sq. m.) Extra-spacious suites offering ocean views from the large private balcony, exclusive amenities and more.
CLUB OCEAN VIEW MASTER KING or DOUBLE 584 sq. ft. (54 sq. m.) Spacious suites feature Hyatt Club Level amenities as well as breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez from the private balcony.
OCEANFRONT ONE-BEDROOM MASTER SUITE 1,164 sq. ft. (108 sq. m.) The many highlights of these suites include some of the best oceanfront views, a spacious private balcony, an oversized master bath plus a half bath, and Club Level amenities
Booking & Reservation Information
Hello my name is Jill Williamson. I am so excited to be working with Sean & Amy on their wonderful Destination Wedding! I have been working with Honeymoon and Destination Wedding couples for 6 years!
The couple has chosen the beautiful Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos in Mexico! I look forward to helping all of the guests find the room categories and dates that best fit their travel needs. There is something for everyone here and it makes the perfect backdrop for a destination wedding!
There are NO FEES associated with booking with me AND you get a special pre-negotiated group rate--plus YOU and the Bride and Groom get special amenities when you are booked through me within the group. Please contact me to get pricing and further information.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS
There is a deposit of $150 per person for your room only reservation ($75 per child attending).
The deposit will be due at the time of booking & is subtracted from your total cost..
Guests are responsible for booking airfare on their own for this wedding. The airport that you will fly into is the Los Cabos airport (SJD is the air code). If you would prefer for the agent (Jill Williamson) to book your air for you, the amount of the airfare is due along with your deposit for your room.
NOTE - you do NOT have to have your airfare booked when you reserve your room; just make sure that airfare is booked by March 1, 2022. ALSO you do NOT have to have your passport at the time of booking,; but you MUST have it by your travel date.
To officially RSVP for the Pedeflous wedding, you must book room only first by October 1, 2021
TRAVEL PROTECTION (IMPORTANT)
Travel Protection is required on all bookings in order to ensure that you are not subject to any penalties in the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation. This cost will be presented to you at the time that you inquire about booking a reservation.

THE FINAL PAYMENT
After making deposit, you can pay as you’d like through the final payment date. The final payment for all reservations will be due by February 4, 2022

After making your initial deposit, you can make payments as often as you like as long as the balance is paid by February 4, 2022
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All persons, including US citizens MUST have a valid passport book (a passport card is NOT acceptable) to enter Mexico. Please visit http://travel.state.gov for additional information.
