Wedding & Resort Information
Peter & Svetlana are getting married at Hyatt Ziva/Zilara in Cap Cana, Dominican Republic on October 10, 2021.
To attend the wedding and be counted as a wedding guest, you MUST book under Peter & Svetlana’s group.
Resort Information
For the Rubin Wedding you have a choice of 2 resorts which are connected. You can stay at EITHER resort and attend the wedding, the pricing is about the same for each resort. The ONLY difference between the resorts is that one is ADULTS ONLY (Hyatt Zilara) and one is FAMILY FRIENDLY (Hyatt Ziva). So if you stay at Hyatt Zilara (ADULTS ONLY) you can interchange between both resorts. If you stay at Hyatt Ziva (FAMILY FRIENDLY) you can also interchange between both resorts as long as you are 18 years of age or older. If you are below 18 years old, you MUST stay on the Hyatt Ziva side.

Room Category Information
For the Rubin Wedding there are several different room categories that you can choose from. Whether you stay at the Adults Only Hyatt Zilara or the Family Friendly Hyatt Ziva the room category descriptions are the same. NOTE - if you stay in a Swim Up Suite everyone in the room has to be aged at least 13 years of age or older.
Junior Suite King or Double
Can choose Ocean View as well
Kick back in a 600-square-feet suite with a furnished balcony, a separate shower, a king bed, and a queen sleeper-sofa. The Double Room will have 2 Queen Beds and a Queen sleeper-sofa.

Booking & Reservation Information
Hello my name is Jill Williamson. I am so excited to be working with Peter & Svetlana on their wonderful Destination Wedding! I have been working with Honeymoon and Destination Wedding couples for 6 years!
The couple has chosen the beautiful Hyatt Ziva/Zilara in Cap Cana Dominican Republic! I look forward to helping all of the guests find the room categories and dates that best fit their travel needs. I stayed at this resort in January 2020 and absolutely loved it! There is something for everyone here and it makes the perfect backdrop for a destination wedding!
There are NO FEES associated with booking with me AND you get a special pre-negotiated group rate--plus YOU and the Bride and Groom get special amenities when you are booked through me within the group. Please contact me to get pricing and further information.

AIRFARE & ROOM INFORMATION
This resort is split into an Adults Only side (Hyatt Zilara) and a Family Side (Hyatt Ziva). You can attend the wedding no matter WHICH side you stay on, and you can interchange between the resorts as they are connected. The ONLY exception is that kids under 18 will NOT be allowed on the Adults Only side of the resort.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS
There is a deposit of $150 per Adult and $75 per child for your room only reservation. This deposit is SUBTRACTED from your total of your reservation.
The deposit will be due at the time of booking.
Guests are responsible for booking your own airfare for this wedding. The airport that you will fly into is the Punta Cana Airport (PUJ is the air code). If you would prefer for the agent (Jill Williamson) to book your air for you, the amount of the airfare is due along with your deposit for your room.
To RSVP to the Rubin Wedding, you must book your reservation by March 30, 2021.
NOTE - you do NOT have to have your airfare booked when you reserve your room; just make sure that its booked by September 1, 2021. ALSO you do NOT have to have your passport at the time of booking,; but you MUST have it by your travel date.
TRAVEL PROTECTION (IMPORTANT)
Travel Protection is required on all bookings in order to ensure that you are not subject to any penalties in the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation. This cost will be presented to you at the time that you inquire about booking a reservation.

THE FINAL PAYMENT
The final payment for all reservations will be due by August 1, 2021
PAYMENT PLANS
After making your initial deposit, you can make payments as often as you like as long as the balance is paid by August 1, 2021
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS,
All persons, including US citizens MUST have a valid passport book (a passport card is NOT acceptable) to enter the Dominican Republic. Please visit http://travel.state.gov for additional information.
